AQUINO,ROXAS AT DELIMA, KINASUHAN DAHIL SA $141B SHIPMENT NG GINTO SA THAILAND

Graft and plunder complained to former President Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III and six other officials under his administration for allegedly sending $141B worth of gold to Thailand.

The case also includes former Justice Secretary and now Sen. Leila de Lima, former Interior Secretary Manuel "Mar" Roxas II, Governor of the Philippines Governor Amando Tetangco Jr., former Finance Secretary Cesar Purisima, Treasury Department chief Lorelei Fernandez and Sen. Franklin Drilon.


The complaint alleges the alleged BSP circular with 3,500 metric tons of gold shipped and deposited in the Bank of Thailand.

The complainants, Rogelio Cantoria and Lawyer Fernando Perito said we could get the gold and return to BSP.



It has a weight of 12.5 kg per gold bar with a 99.999 percent purity.
