ALEJANO, TATANGGALIN NG LP BILANG KAKAMPI DAHIL SA PAGBUNYAG NG "ANOMALOUS FRIGATE DEAL" SA TERMINO NI AQUINO

The Liberal Party (LP) is particularly liable to kick out Magdalo Rep. Gary Alejano soon as one of their political partners. This is after Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque Jr. said that Malacanang will lead an examination concerning the claimed irregular frigate bargain made by the Philippine Navy amid the term of previous President Benigno "Noynoy" Aquino III. 

Last Thursday, February 1, Rep. Alejano said that Congress should test into the P15.7-billion warship bargain between the Philippine Navy and Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI), a South Korean firm. This is on the grounds that by South Korea's Supreme Court has prohibited HHI for a long time for professedly being engaged with debasement in a business bargain. 


Last Saturday, Spokesperson Harry Roque said that it is presently time to test the previous bureau individuals from Noynoy Aquino, demanding that the Duterte government has no obligation over the said bargain, basically in light of the fact that HHI was picked as the triumphant bidder on June 9, 2016. President Rodrigo Duterte accepted office on June 30, 2016.

“I would welcome that (Malacañang investigation) regardless of who will be implicated. If the previous administration officials will be found involved, then they should be held liable. Likewise, if the officials of the Duterte administration are also found involved, I hope they will not balk but answer the accusations squarely.” He added.

Then, Ifugao Rep. Teddy Baguilat Jr. said that LP will hold a gathering this week to talk about the conceivable removal of Rep. Alejano as its political partner. The LP (VP) for inner issues said that the last's uncover can seriously harm the notoriety of the gathering particularly that the 2019 mid-term decision is quick drawing nearer. 


“Ang problema, di nya kinunsulta ang partido bago sya nagsalita. Naintindihan natin na gusto nyang tumakbong senador sa 2019, at kailangan nyang maging pamilyar sa mga botante ngayon pa lang. Pero dapat mag-ingat siya. Huwag nyang hilahin pababa ang partido para lang maka-akyat siya.” Baguilat said in an ambush interview this Monday.
